- Delivers the power to rip cut at the same feed rate of an equivalent AC circular saw, with the ability to cut 45m of 18mm plywood on one 5.5Ah battery charge. Depth adjustment has 2 scales, one for on the rail and one for off the rail. Flat-sided upper guard means blade is only 12mm from the outer edge, allowing the saw to cut very close to the wall. Closed guard design for optimal dust extraction on the job site. Scoring stop allows a 1mm back cut to minimise any splintering in laminated materials. Bevel adjustment has stops at 22.5, 45 and 48° and also has a -1 for making a back-cut. Saw also features a cut line window on the side for those cuts where the front of the blade needs to remain visible. Sprung-loaded riving knife. Easy blade change system locks the switch off and the blade in position to allow blade change. Retractable riving knife allows the riving knife to stay in position even when making plunge cuts. Variable speed from 2500 to 5600rpm. Milwaukee’s Powerstate brushless motor, RedLithium battery pack and Redlink Plus electronic intelligence delivers outstanding power, run time and durability. Flexible battery system: works with all Milwaukee M18 batteries.
