What is a refurbished or graded product?
Refurbished products are units returned to the manufacturer or retailer for various reasons. These reasons can range from packaging damage, ex-display or demonstration models, mis-delivery, or incorrect order, not being a great seller in the market or just general customer dissatisfaction. All refurbished products sold by Atlas are put through a strict set of test procedures by manufacturer trained technicians, including visual inspection, electrical safety test, and full function tests. Any damaged or faulty parts are repaired or replaced with new to ensue a fully working ‘like new’ refurbished product.
Benefits of buying refurbished!
They are between 10 and 30 percent cheaper than a brand-new counterpart. Not only has any damaged packaging or parts been replaced, but all other parts have been tested yet again. You are supporting the environment by buying a refurbished product.
Grading & how it works!
NEW – A brand new never been opened product.
A Grade Unit – A fully working refurbished unit complete with all the required parts in a ‘like new’ condition.
B Grade Unit – A fully working unit complete with all the required parts that might show some signs of use or have slight cosmetic damage.
Depending on the grade will depend on the discount.
